It’s the Meizan Instant Dry Yeast, an essential ingredient for the baking process of bread, pastries, and steamed buns, cakes.

This is a high-quality product guaranteed by the Meizan brand, imported by VFM/VFM-W directly from AB Mauri Yihai Kerry Food Marketing (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., a joint venture between the parent companies of VFM/VFM-W, Wilmar International Limited, and Associated British Foods, the owner of AB Mauri. The products are ranged in high-end segment and manufactured at the AB Mauri Yihai Kerry (Fuyu) Yeast Technology Co., Ltd. plant, one of the modern facilities with a unique continuous drying process for producing dry yeast.

Applications:

  • Meizan red label dry yeast: used for baked goods that don’t require sugar or have low sugar content (also known as low-sugar yeast).
  • Meizan gold label dry yeast: used for baked goods with high sugar content (commonly referred to as sweet yeast).

Ingredients: Baking yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) (98.7% – 99.1%), emulsifier (INS 491) (0.8% – 1.0%), antioxidant (INS 300) (0.1% – 0.3%). Packaging: Vacuum-sealed for food safety.

Packing sizes: 10g (box of 200 packets), 500g (box of 20 packets), and 5kg (box of 2 packets).

Shelf Life: 24 months from the manufacturing date.

Storage: Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight. Best to store below 25°C. Refrigerate after opening
