Coconut Tart

Rich with a natural coconut flavor, these are best served with tea or coffee.

Instructions

  1. Tart: Mix the ingredients together for about 8 minutes at slow speed and keep in the fridge for dough to harden.
  2. Coconut filling: Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour the mixture into a tart crust and bake.

  • Temperature: 2100C
  • Time: 16 minutes
