Muffins

Muffins have light and sweet flavour from eggs and milk.

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and let it cool.
  2. Beat eggs and mix eggs yolks with emulsifier.
  3. Sift flour and baking powder.
  4. Pour the melted butter and milk into the mixture and mix evenly.
  5. Pour the mixture into the baking tray.

BAKING:

  • Temperature: 1800C
  • Time: 20 minutes
